MARTINSVILLE, IN— Glenda Laraine Branch Moore, 60, of Martinsville, died Jan. 8, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers in Indianapolis.

She was born April 4, 1947, in Anderson, and resided in Lexington, Texas, for 10 years before moving back to Indiana. She married Jim Moore on April 14, 1984, in Indianapolis, and he survives.

She was a 1965 graduate of Madison Heights High School and worked for Indiana Bell in the billing department. She was a member of Lexington Faith Church in Texas. She enjoyed arts and crafts and traveling.

Surviving are three daughters, Jeanette Bowers of Anderson, Misty “Wachob” (husband, Craig) Nelson of Oklahoma City, Okla., and April Moore of Ledbetter, Texas; three stepsons, Jim Jr., Rick and Jason Moore; two stepdaughters, Christine Moore and Tracey Freeman; her parents, Leslie “Jack” and Jean Rew Branch; and two brothers, Kenneth and David Stallings of Anderson.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Bowers; and a sister, Gail Walker.

Also surviving are many grandchildren, many family members from Australia, and various aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hippensteel Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Hackett officiating. Interment will be in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
