“Thank you, Peggy, for all your help this year with the monument! We're only about $3,000 from paying for the monument itself! I'll be making an announcement on Dec. 31, 2009. This is in part because of the great work that your class and yourself have done. I am grateful! “ (Last email on Jan. 25, 2010, they were only $300 from paying for the monument.)

If you have questions or comments, you can email Lisa.

Plus, the Madison County Historical Society is willing to collect and set up a nice MHHS display with any memorabilia donated. I believe they do have a few photos and yearbooks. If you have any appropriate memorabilia to donate for a display, take it to them or Email the MCHS. Thanks. Peggy Dwyer Dixon
